China's software industry has experienced ten years of development,is now in the fast development period,facing the changes of internal and external environment of competition,enterprises to obtain long-term development,the core technology R&D personnel to focus.Compensation mechanism is a powerful weapon to realize the great leap forward development of employees and enhance their enthusiasm and loyalty.In this regard,software companies to establish a set of scientific and reasonable compensation mechanism based on their own characteristics to become the current and future development of the problem to be solved.In this paper,R&D personnel as the research object of jabil.First analyzes the software industry background,the basic situation of Jabil,then expounds the connotation and functions of compensation,compensation design theory framework of the basic theory and the ability to pay.Through questionnaires,analysis of R&D personnel jeep company salary satisfaction,the current compensation mechanism of in-depth analysis,from two aspects of internal equity external competitive analysis of the main problems.The fourth chapter is the focus of this paper,the analysis of the demand and characteristics of R&D personnel Jabil,the ability of constructing the model,calculate the index set and the weight,ability to pay mechanism and broadband compensation effectively combine the compensation design to determine Jabil primary staff.On the one hand,the design of the program has joined the relative value concept,and the ability to integrate into the concept of the difference between the levels,both of which have obvious incentive effect.Finally,the paper puts forward the safeguard measures for the implementation of the salary.I hope this study can drive the related research,and can provide reference for the same type of software enterprise R&D personnel compensation program improvement.
