Enterprises are facing more competition.in the face of competition. Each enterprise must enhance its competitiveness so that it can face these competition, Good talent is the key for enterprises to enhance their own competitive power, and the payment is an effective means to attract and retain good talent.With the development of enterprises, the salary system of TW company is becoming more and more obsolete, it can not meet the rapid development of TW company. This article mainly researches salesmen’s salary scheme of TW company. I survey the salesmen of TW company by some questions, the questions which include monetary compensation and non monetary compensation are designed base on contemporary payment theories. Through this investigation, I think the salesmen’s salary scheme of TW company is lack of strategy, it update too slowly, the salary scheme is lack of fairness, incentive, the salary structure is unreasonable, the salary scheme is lack of individualization and transparency and there some other questions in the salesmen’s salary scheme. I analyze the reasons for the existence of this series of problems. To solve these problems, I analysis the position of TW company’s sales staff, the internal and external competitiveness of the compensation according the principle of legality, the principle of openness, transparency, the principle of fair and justice, the principle of competition, the principle of incentive and the principle of economy,then I improve the sales salary payment system of TW company in the basic salary, post salary, salary, annual final performance bonus system, other bonus system, allowance, long-term incentive, new staff salary payment system, non material compensation content, bonus system and formulate the safeguard measures so that the payment system can implement smoothly...
