In recent years, the serious deterioration of the global environment and a series of other social problems as the enterprise's development being more and more serious, corporate social responsibility is gradually being attention. Enterprises should to undertake social responsibilities voluntarily in seeking economic interests , with which it can establish a good social image, enhance the credibility of business products and services, increase their intangible assets, which not only helped enterprises to obtain long-term competitiveness and achieve sustained and healthy development but also promoted the progress of the entire social .The competitiveness of enterprises is a comprehensive quality , with which an enterprise can continue to provide more and better products and services than other businesses to market and obtain profits and their own developments. The success or failure of enterprises depends on the level of enterprise's competitiveness. Researching the competitiveness of enterprises has a practical significance. Since the 80s of the 20th century, domestic and foreign scholars studied on how to build the competitiveness of enterprises for a long time , industrial school, resources school and capacity school, respectively, studied from their own point of view on the competitiveness of enterprises . Since the 90s since the 20th century, corporate social responsibility has been widely recognized and supported, it became a important part of the competitiveness of enterprises increasingly.Since the reform and opening up, Chinese enterprises developed rapidly and made great contributions to China's economic construction. But how to take social responsibility initiatively to achieve development of the corporate, social, and natural harmoniously has become a new task faced by the enterprise in their process of wealth creation.This article researched corporate social responsibility in enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises from the view of stakeholders. First, it summarized the corporate social responsibility and the stakeholder theory normatively. Then it put forward hypotheses from the point of companies taking their social responsibility of the stakeholders how to affects the competitiveness of enterprises, and build a set of corporate social responsibility and corporate competition power index system. Finally, collecting some data to test the hypothesis.
