In recent years,people's living standards have been improving,and more and more people are paying attention to spiritual pursuits.The 19th national congress of the report,put forward"adhere to cultural self-confidence,promote the prosperity of socialism",in the festival tourism development today,ethnic festival tourism is more and more popular Guangxi is home to 12 ethnic groups,including 11 ethnic minorities,and is rich in ethnic resources.Under the background of region-wide tourism,how to make use of Guangxi's abundant ethnic festival resources,integrate ethnic festival tourism products and improve the quality of Guangxi's ethnic festival tourism is a problem worth studying.Paper first at home and abroad about the global tourism,and ethnic festival tourism festival tourism research literature,the definition of festival tourism festival tourism and national clearing,system theory,regional theory,the tourism experience theory and sustainable development theory and other related theory as the foundation,using literature analysis,theoretical analysis and empirical analysis,qualitative analysis with quantitative method and GIS spatial analysis and other research methods,analyzes the present situation of Guangxi ethnic festival tourism development and the existing problems,and from the perspective of global tourism,the Guangxi ethnic festival tourism development put forward the corresponding countermeasures.Conclusions from the study include:(1)This paper selects Guangxi as the research area,analyzes and evaluates the environment,resource distribution and development status of Guangxi national festivals,and finds that:?With the support of the government and the market demand,Guangxi ethnic festival tourism has developed rapidly,with the emergence of "Zhuang nationality March 3rd" and other brands,and the development of personalized needs;?The ethnic festival resources are rich in type,seasonal obviously and have the characteristics of "big mixed residence and small concentrated residence".They are mainly divided into strong Zhuang culture,colorful Yao culture,original Dong Miao culture,unique Jing culture and Mao-nan culture,rich Mulao culture and Gelao culture.;?To Wu Ming " March 3rd "is a typical case,to the satisfaction of tourists market analysis,found that Guangxi minorities is the main high degree of young and middle-aged people on festival tourism,tourists to "signs of clarity,activity atmosphere rich degree,the degree of friendly locals,comfortable shopping environment,and entertainment items/features,tourism commodity categories/price" satisfaction is higher,such as the "public rest area,public toilets,convenient transportation,staff service attitude,market capacity,interactive entertainment projects/strength participation,tourism commodity quality/characteristics" such as satisfaction is low,among them with "market capacity" satisfaction.(2)Through carding of Guangxi ethnic festival tourism,from the perspective of global tourism,festival tourism of Guangxi minorities is the lack of brand awareness,development level is shallow,lack of national festival tourism and industrial integration,tourism infrastructure is not perfect,imperfect wisdom built tourism system platform,and analyzes the problems such as lack of tourism talents.(3)By analyzing typical cases such as Canadian maple syrup festival,Notting hill carnival,domestic well-known Xishuangbanna water-sprinklers festival,Inner Mongolia nadam festival and Liangshan yi nationality torch festival,etc.put forward the?" "Panorama" leads visitors to expand the tourist attraction of national festivals;?"All the time" to welcome guests;to create all-weather ethnic festival tourism activities;?"Industry" hospitality,build national festivals tourism activities held;?" All the people" to stay,give full play to the active participation of the whole people;?"Whole course”service,improve the service quality of national festival tourism;?"The whole system" guarantee,shaping the national festival tourism environment.
