John.Roemer defaulted that Marx's theory of exploitation based on labor theory of value is only a theory that explains capitalist exploitation, and is no longer suitable for explaining the phenomenon of exploitation in contemporary capitalist society and socialist society. He abandons labor theory of value and surplus. The theory of value created the "general exploitation theory" to make a more general explanation of exploitation.Romer gave a definition of game theory to exploitation and proposed socially necessary exploitation and socialism exploitation. This article mainly discusses from the following four aspects: The first part mainly introduces the era, social background, main concerns and characteristics of the analytic schools, and focuses on Romer's main experiences, works and the reasons for the emergence of Romer's theory of exploitation.Luo's default is that with the change of the times, the explanatory power of Marx's theory of exploitation is declining and even questioned.A more general theory of exploitation is needed to explain exploitation, and the theory of general exploitation is created. The second part mainly introduces Romer's ideas of exploitation, including Romer's definition of exploitation, the reasons for exploitation, several situations caused by the initial inequality of tangible capital, social necessity exploitation and socialist exploitation.Romer's work has made a lot of discussions about exploitation. The reason why I chose these points is because these points can systematically express Romer's ideas of exploitation. The third part is the main part of this paper. It makes a detailed reflection on the one-to-one correspondence of Romer's exploitation thoughts introduced in the second part.It uses Marxist theoretical methods to examine Romer's theory of exploitation.Exploitation has a definition, trying to analyze the causes of exploitation, refuting the situation caused by the initial inequality of tangible capital that Romer said, and trying to criticize Romer's view of socially necessary exploitation and socialist exploitation. The fourth part attempts to analyze whether Romer's exploitation thought transcends Marx's exploitation thought, and concludes that Romer's exploitation does not transcend Marx's exploitation thought, but Romer's attempt from his own unique perspective is It is very worthy of recognition that the problem reflected by Romer's exploitation thought also affirms the scientific nature of Marx's exploitation thought.
