Establishment Of Credit Rating Index System Of Guangxi State-Owned Enterprise Based On Analytical Hierarchy Process

The credit rating of state-owned enterprises is the premise for investors to identify risk,measure risk and manage risk.It is the basis and foundation for bond issuing access,investment decision and bond pricing.In recent years,China's macro economy has entered a growth rate "shift period",structural adjustment "pain period" and pre-stimulus policy "digestion period".The domestic bond market,especially the credit bond market has been breaking out which the effective and accurate credit rating is especially important.At present,the domestic research on corporate bond credit rating focuses on the application and improvement of foreign bond credit rating theory systems and methods,and has not yet specifically studied the construction of regional state-owned enterprise credit rating index system.At the same time,the research and development of enterprise credit rating by mainstream rating agencies in China is mainly embodied in different industries,less involving regional enterprises,especially the research and development of main body rating of state-owned enterprises in the region.China's economy is a market economy system with public o.wnership as the main body.State-owned enterprises occupy half of the market economy.The research on credit rating index of regional state-owned enterprises is a useful supplement to the traditional rating system.Therefore,by using the existing rating index system of domestic mainstream rating agencies,combining with the actual situation of Guangxi state-owned enterprises and using the AHP method,this paper attempts to conduct an analysis and establish a set of credit rating indicators system applicable to Guangxi state-owned enterprises.This system is used to carry out credit rating for Guangxi state-owned enterprises,and provide corresponding basis for improving the credit rating of Guangxi state-owned enterprises.At the same time,it will further complement and improve the research results of existing rating industries.
