Research On Enterprise Performance Evaluation Oriented By Refined Management

After 40 years reform and opening,China has witnessed rapid economical development from recovery but also accompanies with issues such as low-quality and imbalance development.General Secretary Xi who put forward China's new normal economic development in 2014,cleared about the significant direction of China's economy in the important period of strategic opportunities,and pointed out the our country economy should strive to economic reform and innovation in the overall tone while maintaining stability,to take the initiative to adapt to,grasp and lead the new normal.As an important industry in the socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics,the insurance industry has made significant contributions to China's rapid economic growth.At the same time,the insurance industry has also encountered problems such as insufficient service guarantee capacity,weak risk bearing capacity and unbalanced development structure,which require insurance companies to transform from high-speed growth to high-quality development and strive to promote the transformation and upgrading of companies.Therefore,using the concept of fine management to guide the high-quality development of insurance companies has gradually come into everyone's vision,and establishing the performance evaluation oriented by fine management has become the only way for insurance companies to promote the transformation and upgrading and enhance the ability of sustainable development.This paper takes the current performance evaluation of a provincial-level company of China life insurance as the research object,points out its problems in the evaluation goals,evaluation objects,evaluation indicators,evaluation standards and evaluation reports through in-depth analysis of the company's current operation performance evaluation.Aiming at these problems,the guiding thought of the elaborating management concept,mainly from the optimization evaluation goals established,evaluation objects and setting up the standard setting,evaluation index,evaluation report using four aspects to improve the current performance evaluation system,and from the system construction,organization structure,enterprise culture,ensure the efficient operation of the performance evaluation information system four aspects,so as to improve the structure of company development,enhance the enterprise sustainable development ability,improve enterprise value.
