Meanwhile, the article also indicates the potential drawbacks with the improvement process, and would put forward the related supporting approaches of performance evaluation on organization structure, corporate culture and information system of the company. The development of CPIC Hunan Branch would follow the step of accelerating the strategy transformation and also enhancing the ability of sustainable value-development as the guiding thought. Moreover, basic principle of the company would be considered with comprehensive, justice and equity, finance index combines with the non-finance ones, the coexistence of quantitative with qualitative and development and benefits also be paid attention. Afterwards, the paper would balance the relationship between long-term and short-term benefits effectively by layout the reasonable weigh of index.
