Since the 18th CPC National Congress,the CPC Central Committee,with Comrade Xi Jinping at the core,has insisted on bringing poverty alleviation into the overall layout of the "five-in-one" and the "four all-round" strategic layout,as the primary task of achieving the first centenary goal.A series of major plans and arrangements were made to carry out a nationwide fight against poverty with the main line of the strategy of precision poverty alleviation.On October 18,2017,the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China was held solemnly in Beijing.The 19th CPC National Congress has once again made it clear that it is one of the three major battles to overcome poverty as a decisive victory in building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way.Practice in the fight against Poverty In the course of the process,we have found that the poor people are not only the main help objects of the country's attack and poverty reduction,but also the main body and the new force for the future to become rich and rich.Therefore,how to stimulate the endogenous poverty reduction power of the poor is the key to win the fight against poverty,in that meantime,the general secretary of Mr.Xi also,in his speech,stressed the need to rely on the endogenous power to achieve the goal of poverty eradication,so as to promote the enthusiasm and initiative of the development of the poor people,and to cultivate the people's awareness and the concept of poverty-stricken people,Endophytic power to support the poverty of the poor.Based on the new poverty alleviation train of thought attached great importance by the state,taking the cultivation project of entrepreneurial rich leaders in poor villages in S County of Guangxi as an example,this paper carries out in-depth interviews with the local poor masses,resident village cadres and entrepreneurial rich leaders through on-the-spot investigation.This paper probes into the relationship between the internal motive force and the poverty alleviation of the poor population,and analyzes the shortage of the internal motive force of the poverty alleviation work in our country from the perspective of the internal motive force of human development and the present situation of poverty alleviation.It is mainly manifested in the existence of many problems in the poor households themselves,the work defects of the support policies and cadres,and so on.Finally,this article from the poverty alleviation first to support the ambition,to control the poverty first to rule the fool;to build the industry to help the poor Environment,enhance the core competitiveness of rural areas,build high-quality grass-roots party branches,play the role of fighting fortress and so on,put forward the path of endophytic dynamic shaping of the poor population.
