| In order to cultivate a main force for the construction of a new countryside,in April 2015,the Ministry of Agriculture,the Ministry of Education and the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League jointly issued a document to carry out the cultivation of modern young farmers in the country.In 2015,the Agriculture Department of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region led the joint education department,the Youth League Committee,and Guangxi University to carry out the modern youth farmer cultivation program.On July 13,2015,the first phase of Guangxi Modern Youth Farmer Training Course was held.One of the first provinces to launch a modern youth farmer’s breeding program.After four years of cultivation and exploration,Guangxi has cultivated more than 1,400 modern young farmer students.The ability of the students to drive poor households has been excellent,and the scale development of the agricultural industry has been initially realized,and has achieved good results.Therefore,studying the cultivation mode of modern young farmers in Guangxi has important theoretical and practical significance for the development of modern young farmers in China.Through the questionnaire survey,field research and statistical analysis methods of the cultivation of modern young farmers in Guangxi,the paper summarizes and summarizes them.The Guangxi Modern Youth Farmers Training Model,which is jointly cultivated by the Agricultural and Rural Affairs Department of Guangxi Autonomous Region and Guangxi University,is used as a training platform,with centralized training guidance and industry-based incubation and cultivation as the main training form.Guangxi modern young farmer training mode mainly cultivates students’ entrepreneurial ability,practical skills and management ability,and the training effect is obvious.It satisfies the talent demand of modern agriculture and rural revitalization in Guangxi,solves the problem of no one in agriculture,and promotes agriculture.Industrial economic growth.This paper summarizes and analyzes the training situation of modern young farmers in Guangxi and the support policies of modern young farmers in Guangxi.It summarizes the Guangxi model,introduces its operation mode,and analyzes the effects and problems of the training model.The analysis was launched.Finally,the principle of training mode optimization is put forward,and the countermeasures for the optimization of Guangxi modern young farmer training mode are put forward from the aspects of training mode operation system and training mode guarantee system. |
