China has now reached a critical period of transition from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture.However,as rural young and middle-aged labor force intensifies to the secondary and tertiary industries in urban and rural areas,the rural population structure tends to be aging and hollow,and the quality of rural labor is declining,which has not met the needs of agricultural modernization.In order to train a group of high-quality farmers who know how to manage and master technology,accelerate the cultivation of agricultural science and technology talents and comprehensively promote agricultural development.In 2015,the Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of Education and the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League implemented the "Moderm Young Farmers Training Program" as a supplement to the new professional farmer cultivation project.Although the modern young farmer plan started late,it has developed rapidly and has achieved initial success.Guangxi Modern Youth Farmers College is the first modern youth farmer college in the country.It has initially cultivated a team of modern young farmers who are highly qualified,skilled and will operate.This paper takes this as the research object,analyzes the cultivation of modern young farmers in Guangxi through literature research method,field investigation method,interview investigation method,questionnaire survey method and statistical analysis method,and uses Spearman correlation analysis to explore the potential of teaching effect.The influencing factors were determined by screening.Based on this,combined with the survey feedback of Guangxi modern young farmers,put forward countermeasures for the problems existing in the cultivation of modern young farmers in Guangxi for reference:improve the basic measures of agriculture;give play to the role of talents;increase the training content of visiting practice;More economic support;in-depth research,due to the need to teach;provide more complete learning materials;dynamically update teaching content;develop personalized training programs;encourage diversified production and operation to build information platforms,and assist in the organic cooperation between the trainees.
