Study On The Success Critical Factors Of Deep Poor Areas' Enterprise Carriers

Since crucial countries out of poverty,the depth of poverty in the poor areas to overcome widespread attention.Industry to the poverty alleviation is the crucial poverty,poor areas in depth development of enterprise is the main way that industry of poverty alleviation.But the current study of depth in poor regions enterprise carrier is less,the existing research is more onefold,not well to guide practice.So this article on the basis of existing research,looking for the depth development of poor areas carrier key success factor is of great practical significance.This article first from the perspective of three industries,respectively,to find out the depth of poverty areas in primary industry,secondary industry and tertiary industry for the enterprise of the carrier,and then through the literature review summarizes carrier enterprise general factors that affect the depth of the poor areas.Then according to the principle of assessment factor selection,combining previous study of deep enterprise carrier poor areas and their understanding of the general factors influencing the sieve and validity analysis,efficiency,capacity,dimensions,the correlation dimensions was constructed under the three dimensions of alternate success critical factors scale,and then using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to identify the success critical factors are respectively under the three dimensional comparative advantage associated mining(efficiency dimension),construction of infrastructure(capacity dimension),to perfect the management system(relevancy dimension).Between the depth of the poor areas of the special natural en,vironment and the economic and social environment,in the stage of geography and ecology,population out of poverty,poverty,external support four constraint conditions,using the AHP,respectively,to identify the depth of each constraint conditions in poor areas carrier enterprise changes of the critical success factor.Geographical and ecological constraint conditions,climate and environment,comparative advantage,mining,perfect the management sy'stem become the carrier of the critical success factor;Under the constraint conditions of poverty population,improving personnel quality,infrastructure construction,become the enterprise comparative advantage mining vehicle success critical factors;In poverty phase constraint conditions,the construction of infrastructure,improve the management system,industrial integration development,industrial structure adjustment become the carrier of the critical success factor;Under the condition of'support constraint force.comparative advantage mining,climate and environment,policy support,capital support to become a carrier of the critical success factor.Finally,based on the depth of poverty-stricken county,guangxi,case analysis,find out the general critical success factors for this article key success factors and constraints are verified,as well as how to develop enterprise carrier provides a certain depth of poor areas.
