Research On County Network Transformation And Efficiency Of Bank A Branch B

Financial globalization and the rise of Internet finance are one of the most significant characteristics of today's world,and the traditional banking business has been strongly challenged,which has exerted profound influence on the future financial industry.Encountering the complicated financial environment,China's commercial banks have been not only confronting the intense competition of the counterparts,but also facing the challenges of non-bank financial institutions,where the development of traditional banks has been constrained,and their net profits have continued to decline.Although the business network transformation has been carried out in China's commercial banks,the transformation strategy should adapt and change with the market.As a core part of the bank,physical network is crucial to develop the market,maintain customers and gain profits.Therefore,the transformation of commercial bank network is urgent.Based on the theory and the actual method,this paper analyzes a large number of domestic and foreign outlets to improve the efficiency of outlets,and obtains the operating data of the outlets through the database of bank A branch B,and conducts on-the-spot investigation of the county business outlets of Bank A Branch B.And research,analyze the current situation of bank A branch B,find out the problems faced by bank A branch B in the operation process,use DEA data model analysis method,stand in the perspective of producer input,and use 6 county banks of bank A branch B.The business data of the business outlets are analyzed,and the relationship between the input and output of the outlets in the efficiency of the outlets is analyzed.Based on the actual situation of the operation of the outlets,the design of the bank A branch B to improve the efficiency of the outlets is proposed.The final conclusion is to expand the scale,increase the intelligent equipment and mobile personnel can improve the efficiency of the outlets.The purpose of this paper is to provide a practical and theoretical guidance for the bank A branch B to enhance the core competitiveness of the business outlets by improving the efficiency of the outlets of the bank A branch B.At the same time,the author also hopes that through the research of this article,it can provide reference and guidance for improving the efficiency of outlets of other commercial banking outlets.
