Research On The Influences Of Information Technology Application On Enterprise's Innovation Ability Under The Background Of Integration Of Industrialization And Informatization

Information technology has been rapidly updated and iterated.The emergence of mobile Internet,Internet of Things,cloud computing,big data,artificial intelligence and other technologies provides new opportunities for industrial transformation and upgrading.In this context,China proposes the "Made in China 2025" strategy to promote the deep integration of informatization and industrialization,and effectively enhance the innovation capability of the state and industrial enterprises through the deep application of information technology.Then,what kind of influence does information technology have on the improvement of enterprise innovation capability,how it works,and how CIOs play a role in the relationship between the two.The issues closely concerned by enterprises,government,and academia need further research.Based on the resource-based theory and the growth theory of information system,this paper combs the existing literature and combines the actual situation of enterprises,puts forward a conceptual model of the impact of information technology on the innovation ability of enterprises under the background of integration of informatization and industrialization,uses IT infrastructure and IT application to measure information technology,uses product innovation and management innovation to measure the innovation ability of enterprises,and uses enterprise scale and enterprise management innovation to measure the innovation ability of enterprises.Ownership type is regarded as a control variable and the moderating role of CIO in it is considered.Next,structural equation modeling and hierarchical regression analysis are carried out using SPSS and AMOS software for 445 valid sample data collected.The following results are obtained: the structural equation simulation and data of information technology on innovation ability have a high degree of fit;the hierarchical regression model to test the regulatory role of CIO is significant.From the results of empirical analysis,we can draw the following conclusions:(1)Information technology infrastructure and information technology application can significantly improve the innovation capability of enterprises.However,to improve the innovative ability of enterprises,it is necessary to combine "hard and soft".It requires not only good infrastructure,but also mature application software,advanced management concepts and management processes.(2)The use of new generation information technology such as mobile internet,cloud and open community will significantly improve the innovation capability of enterprises,but it needs to be built on a complete information technology infrastructure,and more importantly,it should be combined with the actual situation of enterprises and strategic planning.(3)The position of CIO in an enterprise has a positive effect on the relationship between information technology infrastructure and enterprise innovation capability,weakening the relationship between single application and product innovation,and promoting the relationship between single application and management innovation.
