The issue of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" is a key issue in China's development,and the land issue is the key to the problem of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers".The traditional household contract responsibility system cannot meet the needs of the development of the times.In this context,land circulation As a result,land transfer is of great significance to solving the extensive management of land resources and promoting the modernization of agriculture.At the same time,the rural areas have undergone tremendous changes in recent years,and the phenomenon of concurrent employment of farmers is prominent.The difference in the degree of concurrent employment will lead to different perceptions of land value,dependence,and property rights preferences,which in turn will generate different willingness to land.Therefore,this paper uses field survey data and empirical analysis to deeply study the influencing factors of farmers' land transfer willingness under different occupational levels in Feixi County,explore the influencing factors,and formulate policies and measures to promote land transfer and agriculture in Feixi County and Anhui Province.Modern development has important practical significance.This paper takes the micro-subject of farmers as the research object and takes five towns and towns in Feixi County as the sample research area to study the willingness of farmers to transfer land under different levels of concurrent employment.By combining the contents of the article,the theoretical basis and the research status at home and abroad are analyzed.According to the actual survey and statistical analysis of data,from the four aspects of circulation subject factors,object factors,external factors and other factors,13 influencing factors,empirical analysis of farmers' willingness to transfer land under different levels of concurrent employment,the results show that:(1)In the willingness to flow out:the age,education level,and social security system of the farmers have a significant impact on the willingness of the three types of concurrent workers.In addition,the factors affecting the three types of farmers are the pure farmers.The number of labor,land turnover,and land size have significant effects.The farmer households have a significant impact on the proportion of concurrent employment,land transfer years,and technical guidance services.Second,the farmer households are affected by the transfer procedure time,the transfer system regulations,and the agricultural product sales service.(2)In the willingness to flow:the age and education level of the farmers have a significant positive impact on the land outflow of the three types of concurrent employment.In addition,the impact on the willingness of the three types of concurrently-owned farmers is also There are significant impacts on the income of farmers,the length of land transfer,and the financial services related to agriculture in purely farmers.Farmers and households are affected by the concurrent employment ratio,agricultural product sales services,and technical guidance services.The second and the farmers are affected by the transfer procedures and the circulation system.According to the above research conclusions,this paper mainly gives the following policy recommendations,including the respect and maintenance of the farmers' willingness to actively mobilize the elderly to participate in the circulation,vigorously develop rural education,improve the level of social security,improve the agricultural social service system,and improve the land.Institutional reform and policy propaganda,and vigorous development of township enterprises.
