| China’s population has exceeded 1.37 billion, which brought a large challenge to the nation’s food security. The practice of foreign agricultural development proves that the development of modern agriculture is an effective way to improve the land utilization ratio and productivity ratio so as to ensure the comprehensive grain production ability. Modern agriculture is a large-scale, standard, mechanical and informational agriculture, and the moderate-scale management of the land is the foundation of modern agriculture’s development. Under the current system of household contract management in our country, for the purpose of realizing scale management, we also need to pursue the agricultural industry structure optimization[1], develop modern agriculture quickly, and to increase farmers’ income. The prerequisite to achieve all these goals is to realize large-scale production and management through effective, scientific and reasonable transfer of the existing farmland. The rapid rise of the new-type agricultural management main body provides a direction for the land’s future transfer. In the present study, we conducted the field visit and the questionnaire survey of 385 farmer households in Nong’an County of Jilin province, through which we got to know the general condition of the land transfer in Nong’an County and the characteristics of trends of farmers’ contracted land transfer. Based on the sample data of 101 households’ outflow of contracted land, we established binary Logistic regression model and analyzed factors which affected the land transfer’s flow, then we draw the conclusion: eight factors significantly influence the trends of farmers’ contracted land transfer, namely, the level of farmers’ education, the population of farm households, the area of farmers’ contracted land, the contract price, the cultivation strength of the inflow main body, the influence on the farmland fertility by the crops cultivated by the inflow main body, the lease term of the contracted land by the inflow main body, and the reputation of the inflow main body. Finally, we proposed the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions so as to make the farmers’ contracted land transferred into new-type agriculture management main body as much as possible, and to realize the scale management of the land. |
