Knowledge Management Ability And New Product Development Performance:the Moderating Role Of Open Innovation

Innovation is the core help of the spiral of contemporary economic society.New products are the practice of enterprise innovation,and new product development performance is the best embodiment of innovation results.With the rapid change of science and technology,knowledge management capabilities have become an essential element of enterprise competitiveness.Open innovation can improve a company's ability to adapt and maximize internal and external returns,thereby increasing overall innovation efficiency.Therefore,based on knowledge management theory,innovation ability theory,resource basic theory and social capital theory,this paper collects questionnaires from 207 science and technology enterprises in the Yangtze River Delta region,and uses literature analysis,questionnaire survey,statistical analysis and other methods to explore knowledge management capabilities and The relationship between new product development performance and the regulatory effect of open innovation on the relationship between knowledge management capabilities and new product development performance.The research results show that:(1)The three dimensions of knowledge management ability(the company's abundance of capital,knowledge perception and knowledge transformation ability)have a significant positive impact on the performance of new product development;(2)inward-oriented openness Innovation has a reverse adjustment effect on the relationship between ample capital capability and new product development performance.There is no adjustment between knowledge sensing capability and new product development performance,and the relationship between knowledge transformation capability and new product development performance has Weakly significant positive adjustment;(3)Outward-oriented open innovation has a significant positive adjustment effect on the company's ample capital ability,knowledge perception ability and knowledge transformation ability and new product development performance,and is open-ended.Innovation has the best effect on the relationship between knowledge transformation ability and new product development performance.I hope that the research in this paper can provide experience for knowledge management and new product development activities of technology-based enterprises.
