The Research On The Impact Of The Knowledge Innovation Ability On Company Performance

Intelligent economic era has arrived, the knowledge capital becomes the key elements of the manufacturing enterprise economic development. The knowledge innovation ability becomes the core of enterprise competitive advantage. Knowledge innovation has become the developing direction of the enterprise; especially the manufacturing industry is facing difficulties, needing to rely on technological progress to transform. Under this background, taking the Shenzhen Stock Exchange listed company motherboard manufacturing enterprises as the research object, the paper choose the panel data from 2012 to 2014, and then using the linear regression model and grey relation analysis model, the paper empirically analysis the knowledge innovation ability of listed companies and the influence of knowledge innovation on corporate performance.This paper firstly summarizes the research at home and abroad, the topics are as follows: the process model of the knowledge transformation, the evaluation index of knowledge innovation ability, the relationship between knowledge innovation capability and corporate performance; Three theoretical foundations are introduced in detail: knowledge management theory, resource-based theory, the endogenous economic growth theory. Based on the theoretical research, the paper puts forward the model of knowledge transfer process.Based on the model of knowledge transfer process and the previous research, the paper puts forward the two level evaluation system of knowledge innovation ability. The First- Level evaluation system indicators include the four-level indicators: management ability, human resources, research and development ability and informationalized level; The second- index table involves: Corporate executives' average leadership number, Dong Jiangao average wage, Dong Jiangao average tenure of management ability; above junior college ratio, average wages of the human resources; Enterprise R&D intensity, technicians investment intensity, intangible assets of the research and development ability; The information assets investment degree of informationalized level.In order to study the influence of knowledge innovation ability on enterprise performance, this paper puts forward the research hypothesis, the paper uses Excel and SAS(Statistical Analysis System)statistical software to perform descriptive statistical analysis, correlation coefficient analysis and regression model analysis. The results show that: Corporate executives' average leadership number, Dong Jiangao average wage and enterprise performance have a positive linear correlation, Dong Jiangao average tenure and corporate performance are not significant correlation; the human resources(above junior college ratio, average wages)and enterprise performance have positive linear correlation; the information construction of enterprises assets and enterprise performance have positive linear correlation; Enterprise R&D intensity and corporate performance are negatively correlated; the intangible assets and enterprise performance have positive linear correlation,, with a lag phase of 3 year. Without consideration of other factors, the technicians' investment intensity and enterprise performance are positively correlated, with the lag period of 3 years. Then, the thesis uses the gray correlation analysis model to study the effect index of each class, and analyzes its importance in the enterprise knowledge innovation; without considering index weight research and development ability is the most important factor in the first level index, corporate executives' average leadership number is the most important in the two level index; Considering index weight,human resources is the most important in the first level index, intangible assets is the most important in the two level index.Finally, in order to improve the enterprise knowledge innovation capability, from the four aspects of management ability, human resources, research and development ability and the level of informationation, the thesis gives the countermeasures to improve the knowledge innovative capability of enterprise, puts forward the insufficient of the influence of enterprise knowledge innovation ability on enterprise performance in the study; And at the last the paper sends a direction of the development for the manufacturing industry and puts forward the future problem, that enterprise should pay attention to.
