Research On Compliance Risk Of P2P Web Lending Platform Based On Survival Model

Since 2016,the compliance supervision of P2 P online lending platforms has been transformed from blank to strict control.With the timely introduction of compliance policies,a large number of non-compliant platforms have closed down and withdrawn from the market.Compliance management is the foundation for the survival of a platform.No matter for the platform itself,or for investors or regulators,controlling compliance risk is the top priority of running a platform well.Combining with the theory of survival analysis,collected from P2 P network credit platform was set up in our country started in 2007 by September 2018,registered all P2 P network platform data,this paper discusses the information disclosure,such as level 3 certification,registration management,capital depository,ICP registration,ICP license,comprehensive reference yield,equity listing,the registered capital,guarantee mode,the regulation association eleven compliance impact factor and platform status and survival days of a relationship.Using Cox proportional hazards models and competition risk model respectively for the eleven compliance impact factor regression analysis,found that the disclosure of information,such as level 3 certification,registration management,capital depository,comprehensive reference yield effect significantly,and the disclosure of information,capital depository,ICP license,comprehensive reference yield effect on the platform is related to time.Finally,based on the empirical conclusion,the paper gives Suggestions to the platform,investors and regulators.The deficiencies of this paper and the further research are explained.
