The land trusteeship is an active exploration achievement of the state under the "separation of three rights" of agricultural land.It effectively solves the problems of "who will farm land and how to farm land" caused by the transfer of rural labor force, increases the grain output and raises the income level of farmers.Since the 13th Five-Year Plan in 2015 put forward the implementation of the strategy of storing grain on the ground and storing grain on technology,China has constantly put forward high requirements for agricultural technology innovation and diffusion, but the 2017 study shows that the conversion rate of agricultural technology in China is agricultural productivity, but it must go through the path of agricultural technology adoption, application and diffusion. How to effectively smooth the path of agricultural technology diffusion has become an important part of agricultural development. For the study of land trusteeship, based on previous studies, this paper combs the policy clues and practice clues of land trusteeship since the reform and opening up,and has a clear idea about the formation process of land trusteeship.By using the macro and micro theories of Western economics, the theory of agricultural technology outsourcing, field research, literature review and other methods, this paper divides the operators of land trusteeship into cooperatives, supply and marketing cooperatives and others three categories, and takes cooperatives as representatives to analyze their main mechanisms, including operation mechanism, organizational management, profit generation, benefit distribution and standardization of supervision.Supervise five parts. These five parts interact with each other, interact with each other and influence each other, thus promoting the normal operation of the main body of land trusteeshipWhen it comes to technology diffusion path oonly 30%-40%.Agricultural technology innovation can fundamentally improve f land trusteeship.Based on the growth pole theory, supplemented by the diffusion theory of technological innovation and the core-edge theory, this paper analyses the corresponding effects of dominance effect, polarization effect and diffusion effect in the diffusion path of land trusteeship technology, and the specific behaviors and influencing factors of operators and trustees in the diffusion path of land trusteeship technology. The diffusion path of trusteeship technology is studied in depth. And based on interviews and surveys in Fangcheng County,Xingyang City,Yanling County and Huaxian County of Henan Province, this paper takes Xintiandi Specialized Cooperative as a typical case to analyze its operation cost-benefit,profit distribution, operation mode, organization and management, technology selection and other aspects. This paper takes the land trusteeship model and its main mechanism under the path of agricultural technology diffusion as the main research object, and takes the growth pole theory as the innovation theory perspective and the technology diffusion as the innovation research perspective, systematically studies and analyses the land trusteeship model and its main mechanism in the path of agricultural technology diffusion.Through theoretical analysis and case study, the following conclusions are drawn:land trusteeship model can not only solve the problems of farmland fragmentation, who planted land and how to planted land at the present stage, but also have the function of forming regional growth pole and driving regional technology diffusion, thus making small farmers and modern agricultural development form an organic link.Although there have been many cases of land trusteeship in China in recent years, there are still some problems in policy system, operation mechanism, fund problem, scale limitation and technical applicability of land trusteeship, which need to be further solved.
