Research Report On The Current Status Of Land Trusteeship In Wafangdian Cit

Land is an important life guarantee for farmers to survive,and agriculture is an important means of production to promote economic and social development.In 2022,the No.1 Document of the Central Committee proposed to promote the reform of the traditional agricultural business model,focus on the development of farmers’ cooperatives and family farms as two types of agricultural business entities,and do a good job in land transfer and land trusteeship,providing strong support for comprehensively promoting rural revitalization and accelerating agricultural and rural modernization.In response to the call of the central government,Wafangdian City issued the Notice on the Implementation Plan of the Agricultural Production Trusteeship Service in Wafangdian City in 2022,constantly improving the rural land trusteeship management environment and strengthening the policy support for rural land trusteeship,which has promoted the healthy development of rural land trusteeship in Wafangdian City to a certain extent,but there are still problems such as insufficient awareness of farmers,obstacles to the development of land trusteeship mode,and imperfect relevant regulatory measures,The study of Wafangdian rural land trusteeship is still very important for the development of agricultural and rural areas in Wafangdian at this stage.Through investigation and research,using literature analysis,field research,questionnaire survey and other research methods,under the guidance of property rights theory,economies of scale theory and farmers’ behavior theory,combined with the current situation of rural land trusteeship in Wafangdian City,we fully understand the reality of rural land trusteeship in Wafangdian City through investigation and research.The study found that the rural land trusteeship work in Wafangdian City is at an important stage of steady development in depth.The municipal government focuses on supporting the multi link trusteeship service of agricultural production,takes the agricultural production trusteeship as the main way to promote social services and develop agricultural scale operation,highlights the advantages of agricultural production trusteeship operation,and solves the problems of "no land to grow" and "poor land to grow".However,at present,there are still some problems in rural land trusteeship in Wafangdian City,such as insufficient awareness of villagers,small scale of land trusteeship model,and imperfect land trusteeship organization.The main reasons are inadequate policy publicity,imperfect business model,and imperfect laws and regulations.In order to promote the healthy development of rural land trusteeship in Wafangdian City.This paper focuses on strengthening publicity and training to improve villagers’ participation;Strengthen financial support and innovate business model;Establish effective supervision mechanism,build long-term service body and other aspects put forward specific solutions.In this paper,the theory is used to guide the practice,and the current actual situation of Wafangdian City is fully combined to carry out investigation and research.I hope that the proposal of relevant countermeasures can provide a useful reference for solving the problem of rural land trusteeship in Wafangdian City,and also point out the direction for further research on rural land trusteeship in the future.
