Study On The Influencing Factors Of Peasant Households' Willingness To Participate In Land Trusteeship In Zhangcheng Village Of Tai'an City

As an important form of realizing new agricultural socialization service,land trusteeship has been extensively promoted in recent years all over the country.However,in practice in various regions,land trusteeship encounters such problems as low awareness of villagers,unclear relevant legal norms,single form of land trusteeship,few opportunities for farmers to engage in non-agricultural industries nearby,and imperfect supervision mechanism.Taking Zhangcheng Village of Tai'an City as an example,this paper collects the main influencing factors of farmers' willingness to participate in land trusteeship through field investigation and research.By using the method of two-classification logistic regression analysis,the paper analyses the influence degree of each influencing factor on farmers' willingness to participate in land trusteeship,and draws a conclusion that deepening farmers' awareness and strengthening policy promotion,perfecting and innovating land trusteeship service forms,etc.It has certain reference and enlightening significance to further promote the trust of rural land in our country.To create jobs in non-agricultural industries nearby and improve the relevant policies and regulations of land trusteeship.To protect farmers 'legitimate rights and interests from infringement,further release the potential economic value of land,ensure the steady growth of farmers' real income level,enable farmers to enjoy the economic benefits and convenient life brought by land trusteeship,coordinate the interests among villagers,grass-roots organizations and trusteeship service institutions,and ensure that the profits of land trusteeship service institutions are not damaged.Only in this way can we not only ensure that farmers have a higher enthusiasm to participate in land trusteeship,but also guarantee the rights and interests of land trusteeship service organizations,and finally achieve appropriate scale management of land,improve farmers' income level,and promote orderly agricultural social services such as land trusteeship to be rapid and sustainable development.
