After the new century, logistics emerged. With the rapid development of the times, diversified consumer markets gradually formed, individualized demand continued to grow, and social demand also slowly changed. The former investment and production of enterprises can no longer meet the needs of large-scale market production development, and the competition between logistics industry is becoming more and more fierce.Third-party logistics is still a new industry in China. The operation of third-party logistics is still in the exploratory stage. The corresponding evaluation system and the evaluation method of efficiency are not perfect. In order to cope with the increasingly fierce competition, only by optimizing its own industrial chain, logistics enterprises can continuously improve their services. In the process of continuously improving the management of value chain, how to take the lowest cost input,so that customers at the terminal can get a good experience, logistics enterprises begin to focus on how to improve the performance of the value chain. In the traditional efficiency evaluation, only net profit is emphasized, but the benign development of the third party logistics enterprises themselves is neglected. In the past, the commonly used methods of enterprise performance evaluation usually used a variety of indicators to analyze and evaluate enterprise performance.Specific indicators mainly include:return on net assets, financial indicators, return on investment, etc. However, traditional methods still have some limitations. In the process of evaluation, excessive attention to the results has limitations of passivity and singularity in the feedback of enterprise performance.and enterprises can't be allowed to do so.The dynamic,real-time and comprehensive analysis of the problems arising in the management and operation can't fully integrate the strategic management methods and strategic development goals of enterprises. How to establish a evaluation method, according to the characteristics of the third party logistics itself. In order to solve the above problems, this paper combines the final evaluation results of different types of financial indicators to get the overall results of enterprise value. This paper divides the non-financial factors into indicators, and studies the impact of enterprise value activities based on these factors, and obtains the value impact parameters of non-financial indicators of enterprises, and revises the results of enterprise value rating according to the results. As the core of value evaluation, the enterprise's new value chain is composed of supply enterprises and customers.Supply enterprises are the upstream part and customers are the downstream part. When evaluating the enterprise's value based on the value chain, the benefits of the value chain can't be neglected. The comprehensive consideration of the results of the two parts is the most comprehensive.Through analyzing the performance data of 16 domestic third party logistics enterprises, adopting the theory of value chain, and setting up the evaluation index of internal and external value activities of enterprises, this paper constructs the evaluation index of internal and external performance of logistics enterprises. The overall dynamic performance of 16 third party logistics enterprises in China is evaluated, and the dynamic performance ranking is carried out with the final score. The simulation results are consistent with the actual ranking, which also verifies the scientificity and applicability of the performance evaluation method used in this paper. Finally, through the use of value-chain based performance evaluation method of ningbo port to carry out index analysis,it is concluded that it needs to improve aspects, play a practical guidance role.
