Third-party Logistics Enterprise Performance Evaluation System For The Distribution Center

The enterprise performance evaluation has become a universal concern both in academic area and practical area. Most developed counties have already built up perfect achievement evaluation system of logistics enterprises. The Logistics industry in our country is at the starting stage, so there are so many deficiencies in the achievement evaluation system. Under the present situation, this paper considered combined the characteristic of third party logistics enterprises, which offers service of goods distribution. This paper set up a set of more intact and more rational system, and made the performance evaluation of distribution center objectively and correctly, and made the manager of enterprises benefit from the results of evaluation.First of all, the preliminary index system was structured after the acquisition of the evaluation index system, which was based on the summarizing of the existing index system. Through the surveying of indexes, using the statistics software SPSS to sift out useful indexes, thus established the system of final evaluation system. This kind of system can inherit the existing research results in index system, and also can reflect the focus of distribution center.Secondly, while confirming the weight of indexes, this paper introduced the colony's decision Analytical Hierarchy Process and fully considered the credibility of every expert's weight and their own matrix. Meanwhile using the jurisdiction degree theory in fuzzy mathematics, I set up the jurisdiction degree models that are filled with quantitative indexes and qualitative indexes.Finally, this paper made the system and the method of evaluation apply in some third party logistics enterprise, which offers distribution service for tobacco enterprise, and calculate the weight of all indexes. Based on the actual data, I made the jurisdiction degree of quantitative indexes and qualitative indexes be confirmed separately.
