Performance management is the core of human resources management in companies,scientific performance management can enhance the competitive advantage of companies,give full play to the role of human resources in enterprises,and mobilize the enthusiasm of employees.With the deepening of the reform of power industry,the power companies has gradually lost its monopoly position in the society.Under this situation,only by strengthening the core competitiveness of the company can stand out in the fierce competition.In order to better build a work platform for the company and employees,cultivating design talents and promoting the performance management of Tianyi Electric Power Design Institute Company(hereinafter referred to as "Company")is the key to improving the company's operating efficiency.Therefore,doing a good job in the performance management of company is very important for the realization of the company's strategic planning goal.This paper takes the relevant theory of performance management as the research foundation,and combines the actual situation of the company to deeply study the performance management system and find out the problem.First of all,this paper gives a theoretical overview of performance management.Secondly,through comprehensive analysis of the company's performance system,founding that the company's performance management problems.Then proposes the company's performance management improvement program from the aspects of performance management process,company strategy goal,performance management team,management mode and performance appraisal.In order to make the optimized performance management system work on the company,this paper firstly reconstructs the company's three levels of performance indicators by using the balanced scorecard method and the key indicator method.Then use the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the proportion of performance indicators at each level,and compare the scoring rules to help the company assess the performance of employees objectively and fairly.Finally,in order to verify the specific implementation effect of the performance system,the fuzzy information method is used to collect the performance information,and the difference between the performance system before and after optimization and the need for farther improvement are obtained.Through verification,the research results obtained in this paper are operational and practical,which can provide reference for the optimization of the performance management system of company.
