Study On The Integrated Development Of Industries In Rural Areas Of Hebei Province Under The Background Of The Rural Vitalization Strategy

With the rapid development of China's economy in recent years,the issue of agriculture,rural areas and farmers has become a prominent problem in development.Solving the problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers is the top priority of China's economic development.In 2017,the 19th National People's Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.It can be said that the proposal and implementation of the rural revitalization strategy has also brought important opportunities for promoting the integrated development of rural primary,secondary and tertiary industries.At the same time,promoting the integrated development of rural industries is an important path to realize rural revitalization.In the context of the country's vigorous implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,this paper defines related concepts such as rural revitalization strategy and rural industrial integration and explains the theoretical basis of industrial integration theory and agricultural multi-functional theory.The paper selects Hebei Province,one of China's major agricultural provinces,as the research object,and uses inductive method to describe the development status of agricultural agriculture in Hebei Province and the situation of the integration of the primary,secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas of Hebei Province.It is necessary and feasible to promote the integration of the primary,secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas of Hebei Province.The case analysis method is used to summarize the initial achievements in the integrated development of primary,secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas of Hebei Province,and summarize the three main integration modesragricultural industrial chain extension,agricultural multi-functional expansion and information technology infiltration.At the same time,some problems existing in the integration of rural three industries in Hebei Province were analyzed.In order to enhance the persuasiveness of the article,this paper uses quantitative analysis to evaluate the industrial integration degree of rural areas in Hebei Province,and analyzes the relationship between the rural industrial integration and rural revitalization by grey correlation analysis.lt is concluded that the degree of the integrated development of the primary,secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas of Hebei Province is deepening year by year,and the integration of the primary,secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas is closely related to rural revitalization.The degree of the integrated development has a significant role in promoting rural revitalization.Finally,in view of the problems existing in the integrated development of the primary,secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas of Hebei Province,a series of suggestions for promoting the integrated development of the primary,secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas of Hebei Province under the background of rural revitalization strategy are proposed.
