Research On The Integrated Development Of Rural Industry Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

China has introduced a series of policies to promote the integrated development of primary,secondary and tertiary industries in the rural area.Agriculture has shifted from the goal of production increase to quality improvement,and its innovation and competitiveness have been improved continuously.However,there are still many problems: 1.Rural income gap widening.2.The international competitiveness of agricultural products is still insufficient.3.The phenomenon of "farmers have difficulty selling,and consumers have difficulty buying" still exists.4.The massive migration of agricultural labour to cities has led to the decline of the rural population;the problems caused by rural hollowing and ageing are still outstanding.5.Agriculture is still a weak link in the integrated development of industrialization,IT application,urbanization and agricultural modernization.So,how to extend agricultural industry chain? How to enhance the international competitiveness of agricultural products? How to improve the economic benefit of the rural industry?How to ensure the in-depth integrated development of rural primary,secondary and tertiary industries?This paper adheres to the world view and methodology of dialectical materialism and historical materialism.First of all,it summarizes the current situation and existing problems on the development of rural primary,secondary and tertiary industries.The second chapter takes Marxist agricultural and rural development thought as the starting point,elaborates the theory of agricultural and rural development since the localization of Marxism in China.Also,this paper discusses the possibility,necessity and urgency of the integrated development of the rural industry from the theoretical perspective.Theory guides practice.Chapter three details the process and characteristics of the integrated development of primary,secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas,and classifies the typical models of integrated development of primary,secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas at the present stage.The fourth chapter takes Pingdu city as an example,analyses the current situation and characteristics of rural industry integration,and concludes that choosing rural industry integration is the right way to promote rural revitalization.Taking Pingdu City as an example,building a pilot zone for rural industrial integration development and constructing a modern agricultural production system,industrial system and management system can provide strong support for implementing the rural revitalization strategy and realizing agricultural and rural modernization.Therefore,this paper analyses the shortcomings of the integrated development of Pingdu's industry,summarizes the theory and practical experience of the integrated development of rural industry at home and abroad through chapter 5,and puts forward the countermeasures and Suggestions for the integrated development of the primary,secondary and tertiary industries in Pingdu's countryside:strengthening top-level design;improve the policy guarantee mechanism;improving the information industry;continued to promote the "Internet +" model;coordinated development with the development of beautiful rural areas.
