The whole season is a hotel owned by China Life Group.As the most important capital city in Northeast China,Shenyang has huge business opportunities in combination of tourism and real estate.However,hotel development is still not perfect,and the investment process may be risky.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct risk management and research.In view of the current situation of the all-season hotel in the new district of Shenyang,combined with the existing research results and excellent practical experience in risk assessment and management at home and abroad,the risk evaluation system that meets the actual situation of hotel investment and construction in the whole season is studied.Taking the investment risk of the all-season hotel project in Shenyang Capital New District as the research object,through specific case analysis,combining theory with practice,taking practical application as the leading factor,using cutting-edge literature research,on-site field research,brainstorming,Delphi method,probability With the impact method and the work breakdown structure method,according to the risk management research process,the risk of investment in the construction of the whole season hotel project is assessed and controlled.Firstly,it introduces the risk management of hotel investment at home and abroad.Secondly,it introduces the detailed information of the all-season hotel project of Shenyang Capital New District.By comparing and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of existing project risk identification methods,we choose brainstorming method and work breakdown.The structure method focuses on identifying the risk of investment and construction of hotel projects in the whole season,summarizing and analyzing the objective risks of investment and construction of the whole season project,and applying scientific evaluation methods to make the investment risk of the whole season hotel project more clear.Finally,based on the above risk assessment results and the practice of the all-season hotel project,this paper gives the corresponding investment and construction risk response methods,and puts forward reasonable suggestions for the investment risk management of the all-season hotel project.The risk identification and evaluation system mentioned in the paper and the corresponding response solutions have reference significance for hotel investment and construction in the same industry and related industry participants,and can provide suggestions for the reduction of investment process risks and maximize the benefits.
