In the development of modern economy,finance plays a very important role,which is related to the development of national economy and affects the direction of social and economic operation.Credit business is the basis of financial business.Its development not only affects the change of domestic demand,but also affects the rise and fall of the national economy.Personal consumption credit loan is one of the main business of commercial banks and an important carrier of real economic development.It plays an important role in the differential competition of commercial banks.With the increasing demand for consumer credit,commercial banks have also listed it as one of the key businesses,vigorously developing credit business,so the amount of consumer credit is expanding continuously,which greatly meets the national demand.But at the same time,it also exposes a lot of problems.With the increase of consumer credit assets,its non-performing rate is also rising year by year.A large number of consumer loans have entered the real estate market and financial investment market.From the bank's point of view,these products have problems in their design,or because of the whole product.Defects in the loan operation process create risks.The emergence of non-performing loans not only has an impact on both borrowers and lenders,but also has a serious destructive effect on the financial development and economic stability of the whole society.The economy is the foundation,and the bank is the biggest part of the foundation,so it is particularly important to manage the consumer credit risk of the bank.This paper mainly studies how to manage the consumer credit risk of banks.This paper chooses J behavior as the research object,uses the theory of credit fragility,contract,and principal-agent and information asymmetry to study and analyze the domestic and foreign consumer credit model and the development of credit industry at home and abroad.Through the analysis of the current situation of J branch's personal consumer credit products,it finds out that J branch's individuals.The deficiencies of consumer credit business in organizational structure,personnel structure,product management,process control and current risk prevention measures have resulted in risks.In order to better control risks,from the bank's own point of view,it is necessary to adjust,improve and improve from the above aspects,so as to reduce the probability of risk occurrence and control the growth of non-performing loans.This is not only the protection of commercial banks,customers,but also the protection of the whole social and financial environment,to ensure the healthy and orderly development of society.
