With the reform of China's economic system,small and micro enterprises have become the absolute majority of China's industrial and commercial enterprises in terms of number,and make great contributions to the national tax.At the same time,small and micro enterprises also contribute more than half of the total market share in new product development,technological innovation and patents.However,in recent years,under the new economic situation in China,the survival status and development trend of small and micro enterprises are not in direct proportion to their social and economic contributions.How to help small and micro enterprises get rid of the development dilemma and adapt to the new economic growth mode is a problem worth studying.As a small and micro enterprise in manufacturing industry,FB company is slightly larger than other small and micro enterprises in other industries,and its business links are more complicated.In addition,the company produces customized products,involving a variety of raw materials and related accessories,small scale,the need for more scientific inventory management mode.This paper describes the inventory status of FB company,analyzes the problems and causes of its inventory management,and proposes measures to optimize the inventory management mode on this basis.Firstly,the ABC classification method was used to classify the stock of FB company,and different purchase modes were formulated for different types of materials.Secondly,establish A stable strategic partnership with class A material suppliers and FB company.Through the selection of class A material suppliers and the CVA classification management of FB customers.the construction of CPFR cooperation framework was completed.And signed CPFR cooperation framework agreement with the above supply chain node enterprises.Then.the basic idea of MRP was used to determine the material consumption during the planning period of CPFR.and the exceptions and treatment methods were defined to complete the construction of CPFR collaborative planning mode.Thirdly,the quadratic smoothing index method was selected for quantitative prediction combined with qualitative prediction,and the CPFR collaborative prediction model was constructed to predict the orders with uncertain demand from strategic partners.Finally,the paper proposes the performance system,corporate culture basis.information basis and talent basis of the CPFR inventory management model of FB company.This FB company based on supply chain inventory management model optimization measures,finally formed which for class A materials using electronic spectacular implementation VMI.to the class B materials using time order method to ensure supply,use of class C material quantitative ordering method to reduce procurement cost difference between stock material purchasing strategy.With class A materials suppliers and stable customer form strategic partner.on the basis of developed CPFR collaborative project,collaborative forecasting,inventory management mode,has solved the FB company,low efficiency of low level of inventory management,inventory management,demand forecasting not accurate,unreasonable plan.inventory can't meet the demand of customization agility and flexibility.
