In today’s automobile enterprises, the demand of automobile become more and more personalized and changes quickly. Thus it lead to more requirements on automobile enterprise supply chain. In order to survive the enterprise should compete on product development, agile manufacturing, lean production, quick response.Automobile enterprises need strengthen the logistics supply chain management, effectively integrate the internal resources to solve the automobile enterprise, accurately grasp the customer demand, rapidly integrate the external resources and through the smooth logistic, information flow to reduce inventory, reduce costs, and make rapid and accurate response to the demand of the market.Supply chain management will help the auto enterprise under the uncertain market environment, enhance the anti risk ability and market reaction of agility, and reduce the cost to ensure that funds chain. The competition between enterprises is increasingly fierce, the competition is not a car companies and another vehicle competition, but between the supply chain and another supply chain competition. Highly integrated automobile company need to realize the logistics, capital flow and information flow, and the interior has a higher level of management, but supplier, vendor coordination is a big problem. The implementation of supply chain collaboration management is necessary; therefore the implementation of CPFR is a good choice. In this paper, the analysis and research on these aspects are important.It is under such background, this paper mainly discusses the purpose and significance of CPFR, analysis of supply chain collaborative management connotation, characteristics, development course, and introduces the implementation of CPFR operation steps and running mechanism of CPFR, creations inventory contradictions of jiangling motors co., LTD., mainly illustrates the jiangling together with our suppliers. The paper include six chapters, the first chapter is introduction, the second chapter is an overview of the supply chain coordination and CPFR, the third chapter is jiangling motors co., LTD. The background of the implementation of CPFR, the fourth chapter of jiangling motors co., LTD., the implementation of CPFR present situation analysis, the fifth chapter for jiangling motors co., LTD.
