Research On Differential Pricing Of Remanufacturing Supply Chain Considering Different Sales Modes Under CAT Mechanism

Establishing a carbon trading market and implementing Carbon Cap and Trade Regulation is one of the main policies adopted by China to achieve energy conservation and emission reduction.Manufacturing industry,which has high-emissions,actively adopts carbon emission reduction investment and remanufacturing methods to comply with the national emission reduction situation.Due to insufficient consumer acceptance,new products and remanufactured products often implement differential pricing strategies.And with the rapid development of e-commerce,manufacturers are not satisfied with the sale of products through retailer distribution channels only.The development of direct sales channels is becoming more and more common.Therefore,pricing and sales channels decisions for manufacturer-remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain under carbon cap and trade mechanism has important research significance.In this paper,a closed-loop supply chain with a single manufacturer and a single retailer is established.Considering the constraints of trading system,a single sales channel model and a dual sales channel mode are constructed respectively under decentralized decision-making structure and centralized decision structure.The solution procedures are derived to determine decision variables such as the optimal sale price and carbon reduction for a single product,the impact of industry control coefficient on decision variables is analyzed and the results on these two cases are compared.Then a profit sharing mechanism is designed.Finally,the influence of consumer price tolerance on the decision making results of remanufacturing supply chain under dual sales channel mode and the influence of consumer price tolerance on manufacturers' choice of sales channels is studied.The research shows that: no matter single sales channel mode or double sales channel mode,the increase of the industry control factor can not only increase carbon emissions reduction investment,but also increase demand for remanufactured products.Under single sales channel mode and double sales channel mode,production process is more environmentally friendly in centralized decision-making case,which is helpful to increase the demand of manufactured and remanufactured products and the profit of supply chain system,and the profit sharing mechanism results in Pareto improvement of supply chain partners.Finally,this paper is summarized and the shortcomings is pointed out.
