Study On The Development Mode Of Farmer Cooperatives In Shanghai

The crackdown on the "three rural issues" is an important guarantee for building a well-off society in an all-round way,and the innovation and growth of rural economic organizations is the only way to realize the "three rural issues".With the extensive and deep application of science,information and technology in agricultural production and management,the traditional agricultural production and management mode is facing a groundbreaking change.Farmers' professional cooperatives are also faced with new opportunities as an important organization form of rural economy And challenges.Since the 18 th National Congress,the national level has given a higher degree of attention to the issue of agriculture,rural areas and farmers,and put forward more and higher demands on the important rural economic development carrier for farmer professional cooperation.How to better adapt to the new situation of the socialist economic development,the new normal,through the development of farmer professional cooperatives to promote the development of rural economy,the transformation of agricultural industry structure and farmers' income,driving the rural economy to the new market direction is the current An important issue facing our country.Based on this background,the study selected the development of the Shanghai farmer professional cooperatives more books quickly,the results are more significant as a case study to highlight the representative of the study and forward-looking.However,there are still some problems in the development of the farmers' professional cooperatives.If they can't be solved in time,it will prevent the farmers' professional cooperatives from developing continuously and healthily.This paper makes a study on the mode of farmers' professional cooperatives in Shanghai province.On the basis of transaction cost theory,rural collective action theory and the industrialization of agriculture theory,through literature review,field survey,it analyzes the current status of the farmers' professional cooperatives in Shanghai Province.By the case analysis,this paper sets forth the characteristics,advantages and disadvantages of some modes of the farmers' professional cooperatives.At the same time,it also points out the main problems: small scale,weak driving force,lack of management personnel,shortage of education training,lack of standardization of management mechanism,faultiness of supportive policy,etc.Finally,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to perfect the mode of Shanghai farmers' professional cooperatives through the experience from the farmers' professional cooperatives mode of developed countries and areas as well as according to Shanghai practical situation:to expand developing scale,to enhance cooperation driving force,to strengthen talents training,to promote development by standardization,to perfect interior operation mechanism,to make supportive policies and to optimize external environment.
