Study On Business Innovation And Development Strategy Of Asset Management In Securities Firms Under The Great Asset Management

After 2012,as a result of a series of deregulation and other policy support,the asset management industry ushered in the historic opportunity of business innovation and entered into a new era of the Great Asset Management.With the encouragement and support of national policies,asset management business of securities firms has grown considerably and made remarkable achievements.The status of securities firms in the whole industry is rising day by day.However,with the rapid development of the asset management business and the continuous expansion of the scale,some hidden problems have attracted the attention of the supervision.Too relaxed regulation and too broad investment result in the funds of some banks and insurance companies taking the opportunity to evade the regulation through the cooperation with asset management companies.Some products are nested within each other.These potential problems can easily trigger systemic risks,affect the stability of the capital market,and harm the healthy development of the real economy.In 2017,with new regulations introduced,preventing systemic risk has become an important direction of the asset management industry.The business is facing strict supervision and adjustment,changing from explosive growth to a reasonable and orderly development.Therefore,it can be predicted that in the next few years,the asset management business of securities firms will be under the strong supervision.This paper tells that in the context of a new round of strong supervision,it is urgent for securities companies to way out suitable solutions.This paper mainly studies the asset management business in the new period.Firstly,it analyzes the development status of foreign and domestic asset management business,and then discusses the characteristics of China's current asset management industry.Secondly,it finds out the main factors influencing the development of asset management business of securities companies through the study of DW Company.Meanwhile,combined with the regulatory requirements of the new era,a series of business innovation measures are proposed based on the experience of mature markets such as the United States.Finally,according to the above measures,this paper puts forward the specific development strategy analysis from the perspective of value,product,talent,sales and risk control,and gives out relevant inspirations and suggestions.
