Pharmaceutical manufacturing is a sunrise industry related to people's livelihood.The domestic pharmaceutical industry is facing a good prospect of rapid gro.Arth of the pharmaceutical market.Under the national policy environment of vigorously promoting drug innovation and research and development,many enterprises in the industry are actively transforming to be research-oriented.Enterprises pay more attention to the value creation of asset-light elements such as technology research and development,brand building,eustomer relations and marketing channels,fully integrate external social resources of enterprises,leverage more resources with lighter asset structure,so as to form unique competitive advantages of enterprises and gradually explore asset-light operation model.At present,many enterprises at home and abroad have successfully implemented the asset-light operation mode.Enterprises in different industries have different effects on the implementation of this model.This article mainly uses the literature research method,the case analysis method,the comparative analysis method,the financial index analysis method and so on.In this paper,a typical enterprise using asset-light model in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry is selected as the research object.This paper analyzes the implementation effect of the model from the perspective of market and finance,and finds out the risks.We can find that enterprise original pattern already did not apply.This paper puts forward the corresponding measures to solve the risks and disadvantages of this mode.I Hope to provide reference for enterprises who have taken the model and will take the model.
