State-owned assets are the main material foundation for the realization of stability and development of the state,and the national wealth created by the hard work of the whole nation,which supports the state to construct various public welfare undertakings and guarantees the normal operation of the machine.In modern society,state-owned assets play a crucial role in social life,political and economic activities,and the stability and development of a country cannot be separated from the support of a large number of state assets.Is a high-speed development stage in our country in the developing countries,with the continuous development of our country economy of the total amount of state-owned assets are also increasing in our country,according to 2017 statistics of net in our country state-owned assets total amount is 109.2 trillion yuan,how can such a huge sum of wealth management,has become the research focus of many experts and scholars.However,the reality is that the loss of state-owned assets in China has always been a serious problem,and the basic state-owned assets management system to solve this problem also needs to be further improved and strengthened.In 2015,China issued the opinions on strengthening and improving the supervision of state-owned assets of enterprises to prevent the loss of state-owned assets.This important document fully reflects China's determination and faith in the management of state-owned assets.Loss of state-owned assets is a systemic problem,its all levels and society as well as a variety of factors have close relations,such as laws and regulations,social consensus,management,supervision,etc.,so the hope is that in spite of regulations to thoroughly solve the problem is not the reality,from the establishment and perfection of the state-owned assets supervision system for consideration on this issue,this paper hope through to the existing state-owned assets loss analyses focus on the main way,the enterprise restructuring,foreign capital merger and acquisition,property right transaction,decision-making errors and corruption resulting in the loss of state-owned assets of the main aspects such as a more in-depth analysis,Explore the root of the problem,and put forward to strengthen the supervision of state-owned assets,improve the relevant laws,the introduction of modern enterprise management mechanism,improve the supervision system of state-owned assets and other targeted recommendations to solve the loss of state-owned assets to contribute their own strength.
