In recent years,with the rapid development of society,the position of manufacturing industry has become prominent,and the number of high-tech enterprises in manufacturing industry has increased,The demand for technicians to support the development of these enterprises is increasing,And the special group of technicians plays an important role in the enterpris,which also brings a series of problems to our management.They are indispensable,but they frequently change jobs.How to reduce their turnover rate and retain talents for enterprises has become the focus of more entrepreneurs and scholars,However,in the past,there has been no comprehensive study on career management,organizational support and loyalty for this particular group of people.Therefore,this paper takes high-tech enterprise technicians as the research object to explore the mediating role of perceived organizational support between career management and loyalty.This paper divides career management into four dimensions,Career management as an independent variable,organizational support as a mediating variable,loyalty as a dependent variable,SPSS20.0 statistical analysis software was used for correlation analysis,factor analysis and regression analysis of survey samples,Empirical Study on the Relationship among Career Management,Organizational Support and Loyalty of Technical Personnel in High-tech Enterprises.Through the research,the conclusion of this paper is as follows:For technicians in high-tech enterprises,there is a significant positive correlation between career management and loyalty,Career management and its four dimensions are positively correlated with perceived organizational support,Organizational support plays a mediating role between career management and loyalty.
