In recent years, Career Management as a new research focus attracts domestic and foreign experts in the field of human resource management of common concern. With the globalization of economic development, our country increasingly put emphasis on high technology enterprises in economic development in the important position. Human resources as a core competence has always been difficult in high-tech enterprise management. High-tech enterprises in the key employees are not simply concerned about the salary, benefits and promotion issues, but more concerned about their own career development issues, namely how to develop their own potential, increase the knowledge and skills, rich work experience and so on. Maintaining and improving their own competitiveness is the way to adapt to meet the organizational requirements and the whole socio-economic development. The organization, in order to retain good members, has to career management for its own sustainable development.Based on the historical background, this article explains the core of our high-tech enterprises the status of career management staff using the theory of Core Staff's Career Management. And it uses the fuzzy evaluation method to evaluate the status of career management in the high-tech enterprises. So this article finds high-tech enterprise core staff of the existing career management issues. After this article establishs an ideal evolutionary game model between the employees and organizations through the core of the game. So it gets core staff career management insights in high-tech enterprises. Finally, this article, from integration of the organization's strategic objectives and personal goals, improving the career management process, increasing the organization as a whole management system, strengthening the core staff career management recommendations, sets the tactics to improve the high-tech enterprise core staff career management strategy.
