With the development of intelligent technology,it is becoming more and more important to improve the performance management level and method of enterprises to truly incentive employees.For a long time,the theoretical and practical research on the performance of the front-line production employees has not been sufficient,especially in the new energy industry,which is the main body of the front-line production employees.The paper investigates the most effective front-line production employees of the enterprise and focuses on the analysis of the performance of the A company based on theoretical analysis,field investigation,questionnaires,sampling interview and data analysis.According to the problem description and data contrasts,the following conclusions are obtained:First,employees prefer to be treated as users,and be respected and recognized to give them more work experience.Second,employees hope that performance could be effectively measured,so that the remuneration could be fairness.Therefore,the paper designs a work saturation model(WS)based on performance.Third,through empirical analysis,the satisfaction and sense of achievement of employees are greatly improved after their personal performance is reasonably evaluated.So that company A's organizational performance goals have been improved.While paying attention to external users,the experience of internal users should not be ignored.Pay attention to the differences in the needs of employees,improve their experience,and then they will provide valuable services for the external users and make the enterprise reach a new strategic height.This paper,based on front-line production employees of the A company,first explain the theoretical knowledge of user experience and performance management,and provides a theoretical basis for solving the problems based on user experience in the performance management of the front-line production employees.Secondly,this paper finds out the problems in the performance management of the A company by questionnaire survey and sampling interview,and optimizes the management system: first,based on the overall strategic goal of the company,then calculate work saturation,designing the user experience oriented performance management system and implement through the Balanced Scorecard tool.The optimized performance management system takes employees as the main body,gives employees more rights to participate in performance management,and guarantees the effect of performance implementation greatly.At the same time,it pays attention to the close relationship between users and employees,strengthens the performance guidance and incentives from leader to subordinates,greatly improves the employees' experience and increases their identification to the enterprise.Ultimately reflects the irreplaceable realization of the goal of enterprise strategy for front-line production staff,but also for the same industry front-line production staff innovation and change performance provides a reference.
