With the global economic rapid and diversified development of China’s economic transformation and upgrading,also in the growth process,from 2007 to 2017 ten years,China’s tourism industry growth rate has remained above 8%,the service industry has received more attention from investors,especially the hotel industry,tourism industry has become many real estate investment strategies.With the flourishing development of the hotel industry,managers pay more and more attention to the performance management of the hotel and the performance appraisal of the employees.Performance assessment for management oriented,the realization of the hotel strategic objectives,improve the competitiveness of the hotel.SZ Hotel,located in the center of Tangxia Town,Dongguan,is a luxurious Garden-style business resort built in accordance with the international super five star standard.The hotel is located in the middle part of the mountain and lakes.The theme park is the eco Garden International Hotel integrating business,vacation,leisure and entertainment.The hotel’s architectural style and facilities are comfortable and elegant,coupled with thoughtful,enthusiastic service and thoughtful service,providing high quality services and all-round humanistic care for business elites and leisure holidaymakers.This paper takes SZ hotel as the research object,first of all,to study its background and significance,focusing on the investigation,finding and analyzing problems,and finally,based on the actual situation of the research object,put forward feasible solutions to the problems.After identifying the research contents and research methods,we analyze the problems in the performance appraisal of SZ hotels in the performance management,and analyze the problems.According to the current situation and development goals of SZ hotel’s performance appraisal management,and based on the related theories,performance management and performance appraisal practices at home and abroad,combined with the performance appraisal practice of SZ Hotel,the research method is determined.Secondly,in view of the current situation of employee performance appraisal of SZ Hotel front-line and existing problems,put forward the performance evaluation index of front-line employees,in order to make assessment indicators in the proposed non duplication or redundancy,using rough set theory method of employee performance appraisal index of the proposed optimization,obtains the SZ hotel staff performance evaluation index system then,based on the AHP to determine the weight of performance appraisal index.Finally,according to the current situation of SZ hotel performance appraisal and performance bonus allocation,designed assessment scale SZ hotel performance appraisal and employee performance evaluation bonus bonus allocation,set up evaluation result application model;puts forward the related staff performance appraisal system of safeguard measures.
