Enterprises are the main participants of market economy activities and important pillars of social and economic development.If we compare large and medium-sized enterprises to the "aorta" of the national economy,then the widely distributed and large number of small and micro enterprises are like rich "capillaries".On the one hand,small and micro enterprises play an indispensable and irreplaceable unique role in enhancing economic vitality,prospering market economy,increasing financial revenue,promoting urban employment,and promoting scientific and technological innovation.On the other hand,small and micro enterprises have such problems as short establishment time,small scale,less resources,imperfect governance,and large bankruptcy risk.This is the process that any enterprise must go through from small to large,from weak to strong.In the increasingly competitive market environment,the competition strategy of small and micro enterprises deserves attention.Based on the research of the related theories of small and micro enterprises and competitive strategy,this paper takes Guizhou HX Company as an example,uses PEST analysis to analyze the macro-environment of the company,and uses Michael E.Porter's five-force model to divide the industry environment of Guizhou HX Company.Analyse;use the method of strategic group analysis to analyze the strategic group of Guizhou HX Company;use SWOT model to analyze and evaluate the opportunities and threats of external environment,advantages and disadvantages of internal conditions of Guizhou HX Company.On the basis of the above strategic analysis,according to the strategic characteristics of Guizhou HX Company,we choose the centralization strategy which is suitable for the development of the enterprise from three basic competitive strategies.In order to select the implementation mode of command-oriented strategy for the enterprise,the implementation of centralized strategy is supported mainly from three aspects: organizational support system,resource support system and management support system.Through the research on the competitive strategy of Guizhou HX Company,it can provide reference for the analysis,selection and implementation of the competitive strategy of small and micro enterprises.As a typical representative of small and micro enterprises in Guizhou,Guizhou HX Company represents to some extent the development status of small and micro enterprises in underdeveloped areas of Western China.The research results of this paper have certain theoretical guidingsignificance for the competitive strategy selection of small and micro enterprises in underdeveloped areas.
