Study On The Growth Influential Factors Of Technological Small & Micro-enterprises Based On Factor Analysis And SEM In Guizhou

Technological Small & Micro-enterprises as the most active technology innovation service industry, the regional economy will play a more functional. The factors that affect the growth of enterprises is not only internal factors, but also the performance of the external factors of environmental resources, Technological Small & Micro-enterprises will need internal and external factors for continuous resource exchange. Guizhou’s Technological Small & Micro-enterprises is relatively weak, in the context of large data driven development, research on the impact of its growth factors to promote economic growth and structural adjustment in Guizhou to give a more profound strategic significance.Firstly, the small and micro enterprises of science and technology type defines the concept and pointed out that small and micro enterprises in science and technology is the enterprise staff for technical staff, to technical innovation for the development of the basic driving force, mainly engaged in new technology, new products, etc. mainly production and services in the form of small and micro enterprises. At the same time, through the theoretical study of the factors affecting the growth of enterprises, it is concluded that the growth process is the result of the internal and external environmental factors.Secondly, from the essence of enterprise analysis of Technological Small & Micro-enterprises growth factors, the selection of internal and external factors, the design of small and micro enterprises growth factors empirical research measurement scale.
