Competition strategy playsed a key role in the business process of companies.It indicated the development direction of companies,and provided a solid foundation for the development of companies.21 st century is a fast-developing age,technologies are developing with each passing day.the industrial structure is undergoing drastic changes,and the competition is becoming more and more fierce.Every choice and step taken by enterprises are related to the survival of enterprises,and the choice of competition strategy is particularly important.Guizhou X Food Co.,Ltd.,founded in 1994,is mainly engaged in the research and development and production of pepper products.Its annual output value is about 100 million yuan at the peak of the enterprise’s development.The processing of raw materials and market sales are highly dependent on the local market in Guizhou.It is a typical local private small and mediumsized condiment processing enterprise.With the increase of market openness,enterprises are facing increasingly fierce competition of the same kind.Guizhou X Food Co.,Ltd.has adopted differentiation strategy and cost leadership strategy successively.At present,the competition strategy is centralized strategy.The current development dilemma faced by the enterprise is mainly the intense competition in the homogenization market,weak bargaining power,low profit margin,etc.It is also the dilemma faced by other similar private small and medium-sized enterprises in the province.It is particularly important to study the development dilemma faced by the enterprise and formulate a feasible competitive strategy for Guizhou X Food Co.,Ltd.This study can also provide reference for other similar enterprises by studying X,an enterprise with typical characteristics of private small and medium-sized condiment processing enterprises.This paper comprehensively and deeply understands the current problems faced by the enterprise through literature review,interview,questionnaire,data analysis and other methods,and deeply analyzes the development law of the condiment processing industry.It uses PEST,SWOT,and Porter’s five-force model to conduct in-depth analysis of Guizhou X Food Co.,Ltd.,and combines the vision and mission of the enterprise to determine that the competitive strategy of Guizhou X Food Co.,Ltd.at this stage should be centralized strategy,Integrate the company’s existing resources,take the oil pepper series products as the breakthrough point,and focus on the Guiyang market,in order to enable Guizhou X Food Co.,Ltd.to eliminate the false and retain the true in the market competition,highlight its own competitive advantages,stand out in the market competition of condiments in Guizhou and even the whole country,gain a place,and realize the maximization of enterprise profits.To provide a practical development path for other small and medium-sized enterprises with development difficulties.
