With the continuous optimization and upgrading of consumption structure,the increasing integration of leisure food industry and "Internet +" has brought about major changes in its market pattern.2)the cost of online sales channels is dominant,and there is a huge space for the development of food e-commerce.More and more offline food enterprises choose to merge online e-commerce to improve their comprehensive competitiveness through resource integration.Therefore,with the development of the leisure food industry as the background,this paper analyzes the vertical m&a performance of the traditional offline food enterprise "I miss you" and the food e-commerce baicaowei as an example,in order to contribute to the research on the industry chain m&a of the leisure food industry.This paper,based on the theory of enterprise merger and acquisition,combined with the development status of the leisure food industry,deeply analyzes the motivation and performance of this industrial chain merger and acquisition.In the analysis of m&a performance,this paper adopts the event study method to analyze its short-term performance,and USES the accounting indicator method + principal component analysis method to analyze its long-term performance,supplemented by the supplementary analysis of non-financial indicators to systematically interpret the utility of m&a on both sides.The empirical analysis results: based on the analysis of financial indicators,in the short term,the stock price of haoyou increased significantly and the market value of the enterprise increased,and the two generated synergies.Medium to longer term,the acquisition merger accounting indexes between the two sides have improved,and get rid of the losses and get based on the research in non-financial indicators,the two sides after the merger on its online users and product research and development innovation has improved significantly and at the same time,through the acquisition,this paper argues that would make the snack food industry into a new stage,at last,the author combined with background of m&a analysis results,for the other leisure food enterprise put forward some reference strategies from several aspects,aims to promote the smooth development and enrich the research content of this field.
