Research On The Growth Of Chengdu Unicorn Enterprises Based On The Theory Of Industrial Ecosystem

Unicorn enterprises refer to those innovative and start-up enterprises that master core technology,belong to high-tech industries and strategic emerging industries,have independent research and development or international leading technology,and have a certain standard of valuation and income.In recent years,with the popularization and development of the Internet,the promotion of innovation and entrepreneurship and the rapid development of China’s new economy,a number of innovative and entrepreneurial enterprises have emerged in all walks of life,some of which have developed rapidly into "unicorns" in a short time,and continue to show explosive growth.The growth of Unicorn enterprises needs a good industrial ecology,such as the synergistic promotion of enterprise capability,enterprise resources,government support,economic environment and technological environment.Therefore,how to make a young entrepreneur a "unicorn" and cultivate an industrial ecosystem suitable for the growth of Unicorn enterprises is particularly important.Based on the theory of industrial ecosystem,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the industrial ecosystem of the growth of Unicorn enterprises from three aspects: the main system,service system and environmental system.The industrial ecosystem of the growth of Chengdu Unicorn enterprises was studied,and the evaluation index system of the industrial ecology of the growth of Chengdu Unicorn enterprises was established.The importance of each element was evaluated by analytic hierarchy process(AHP).Finally,the optimization of the industrial ecology of the growth of Chengdu Unicorn enterprises was analyzed according to the evaluation results.The significance and innovation of this study are as follows: taking Unicorn enterprises as the research object,digging their growth characteristics and exploring the key factors of their growth;and from the perspective of industrial ecosystem theory,making a targeted and systematic in-depth analysis of the industrial ecological elements affecting the growth of Unicorn enterprises,in order to summarize the industrial ecological owners of the growth of Unicorn enterprises.In order to influence elements and build industrial ecosystem,this paper takes Chengdu Unicorn as the research object,empirically analyses the key factors affecting its growth,and puts forward corresponding reference suggestions.Through the analysis of this paper,we can further deepen the understanding and understanding of industrial ecosystem theory and enterprise growth theory,enrich the theoretical development,and provide experience for local governments and enterprises to cultivate Unicorn enterprises and help enterprises grow.
