Research On The Influence Of Innovation Openness On The Open Innovation Performance Of Enterprises Under The Condition Of Environmental Dynamics Adjustment

With the rapid development of information technology and economic globalization,innovation has become the key for enterprises to gain competitive advantages.However,due to the rapid change of technology products and market demands,dynamics has become the most important feature of enterprise living environment.Traditional closed innovation has gradually exposed its disadvantages,and successful innovation depends on effective cooperation with external organizations to jointly achieve breakthroughs in core technologies.In this context,as a pioneering technology innovation paradigm,open innovation has been widely concerned by enterprises.However,with the continuous study of open innovation theory by scholars,it is found that although open innovation can improve benefits to a certain extent,blind opening is accompanied by certain risks and difficulties.For different industries and enterprises,the open innovation paradigm has different degrees of openness in the actual operation.Therefore,based on the above background,how to choose the appropriate innovation openness in the dynamic environment to improve the enterprise's open innovation performance becomes an urgent problem to be studied and solved in the practice of open innovation activities.Based on this important issue,this paper gradually explores and analyzes :(1)the impact of innovation openness on the performance of enterprise open innovation;(2)the moderating effect of environmental dynamics on the relationship between innovation openness and open innovation performance;(3)if the dynamic adjustment effect of the environment exists,how to select the appropriate innovation openness in the dynamic environment.On the basis of domestic and foreign literature research,this paper firstly defines the connotation of the three variables of environmental dynamics,innovation openness and open innovation performance,and separately clarifies the relationship between the three.Secondly,according to the division of theoretical basis and dimension,the relationship model of environmental dynamics-innovation openness-open innovation performance is constructed,and corresponding research hypotheses are proposed.Then the questionnaire survey is the main research method,combined with SPSS statistical analysis software.Descriptive statistical analysis,reliability and validity analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis of 181 valid data recovered,test the variable relationship in the research model,and verify the research model and hypothesis of this paper;Finally,the research conclusions are drawn:(1)environmental dynamics include two dimensions: technological dynamics and market dynamics;Innovation openness includes two dimensions: breadth and depth.The performance of open innovation includes financial performance and strategic performance.(2)innovation openness has a significant positive impact on the performance of open innovation;Technology dynamics and market dynamics have significant moderating effects on the relationship between open breadth and open innovation performance,but not on the relationship between open depth and open innovation performance.(3)when the external environment is relatively stable,enterprises can adopt the traditional innovation mode and maintain their competitive advantages by relying on their own technological innovation ability;When an enterprise is faced with a turbulent technology or market environment,it must constantly expand its openness,clarify technical difficulties under the current environment and make rapid breakthroughs to adapt to the changing external environment.Based on the perspective of environmental dynamics,this paper constructs a research model of environmental dynamics—innovation openness—open innovation performance,and expands the direct relationship between innovation openness and open innovation performance into environmental dynamics.The comprehensive model of sexual adjustment plays a comprehensive research framework of open innovation,which promotes the transparency of the “black box” of the relationship between innovation openness and open innovation performance,and enriches and develops relevant open innovation theories.Enterprise application of open innovation has certain guiding significance.
