Research On Optimization Of Value Assessment System For High-tech Projects Of Venture Capital Company W

High-tech is the leading industry of national economy,and the incubation support of venture capital can promote the industrialization of high-tech projects,thus promoting economic development.Therefore,venture capital is of great significance for high-tech projects.In addition,the objective evaluation of venture capital companies can help high-tech enterprises to better understand the pros and cons of their projects,thus more smooth transformation.However,the rapid development of venture capital may lead to the imperfect evaluation system of high-tech projects and the excessive reliance on experience and subjective judgment.In order to help venture capital companies to scientifically and rationally identify high-tech projects,this paper improves and optimizes the existing evaluation indexes in line with the investment decisions of venture capital companies in China,and meanwhile optimizes the evaluation system of venture capital companies.This paper through to the domestic and foreign research results,combined with the venture investment market and development trend of high and new technology innovation,refine the purpose of this study.By sorting out the connotation and characteristics of venture investment and high-tech projects,the initial evaluation index is obtained.On the basis of the status quo of the evaluation system of W venture investment company,the evaluation index was optimized by combining expert interviews and questionnaires.Through the analysis of the questionnaire survey results,the importance degree of each index is obtained,the weight of each index is determined by the analytic hierarchy process,a relatively complete index system is constructed,and the feasibility is verified by the second evaluation of high-tech projects of W venture investment company through the expert scoring method.This paper analyzes the current situation and problems of the evaluation system for high-tech projects of W venture investment company,and constructs a more reasonable evaluation scheme.Evaluation index from the management team and the two big aspects to choose investment value 7 indicators include: entrepreneurship,team structure,team management ability,market factors,business model,products,services,capital,and subdivided into 25 secondary indexes,introduction to music at the different stage of the investment projects shall apply to different valuation methods.The same case was compared before and after optimization to verify the effectiveness of the optimized evaluation scheme.It is hoped that the redesign of the evaluation system can help W venture investment company operate more standardized,increase the reliability of investment basis,reduce the probability of missing quality projects and avoid unnecessary risks.At the same time,it is hoped to provide reference and help for the evaluation system optimization of high-tech projects invested by similar domestic venture investment companies.Finally,the paper puts forward Suggestions from the aspects of evaluation system,diversified talents and the construction of venture investment and financing platform.
