Research On The Countermeasures For The Development Of Smart Agriculture In Shangshui County

In recent years,with the rapid development of the Internet and modern information technology,agriculture as an important part of the real economy has been under the guise of emerging technologies such as big data,Internet of Things,artificial intelligence,etc.The smart agriculture generated by this integration has become one of the major national policies,and will empower traditional agriculture to modern agriculture.Shangshui County,located in the heart of Huanghuai Plain,is a national grain-producing county and super-grain-producing county.In Henan Province,it took the lead in transforming agricultural development with smart agriculture,realizing the integration and reshaping of the agricultural industry chain by smart agriculture.Exploring a modern agricultural development road in a traditional agricultural county,its development of smart agriculture is of typical significance.In order to thoroughly study the development of smart agriculture in Shangshui County,this paper analyzed and combed its development by literature analysis method,investigation research method and case study method,and grasped the development foundation of smart agriculture in Shangshui County and its application in various links of the industrial chain.The development of smart agriculture in Shangshui County has inherent advantages.At present,it has basically formed a smart agro-ecological system supported by four platforms: land bank network,agricultural big data platform,agricultural internet of things and agricultural e-commerce platform.It includes various industrial chain links such as fine planting,food safety traceability and agricultural product sales.According to the field investigation and visits,we found that there are still many problems in the development of smart agriculture in Shangshui County,including the uneven development of smart agriculture,the lack of promotion of smart agriculture,the poor supply mechanism of smart agricultural machinery,the high cost of equipment in the agricultural Internet of Things and the difficulties in the sales of e-commerce agricultural products,etc.Further study on its essential reasons is due to factors such as the imperfect agricultural information service platform,the low cultural quality of farmers,the weak support of science and technology and talents,the lack of smart agricultural subsidy policies,and the slow construction of regional public agricultural products brand.In this regard,to promote the high-quality development of smart agriculture in Shangshui County,and seize the commanding heights of smart agriculture development,it is necessary to optimize the allocation of resources in the entire industrial chain by optimizing the agricultural information service platform;to increase the awareness and penetration rate of smart agriculture by expanding the demonstration and promotion of smart agricultural applications;to provide technical and intellectual guarantee for the development of smart agriculture by enhancing the input of smart agricultural technology and talents;through the improvement of smart agricultural subsidy policy,consolidate the development of smart agricultural development funds and material foundation;strengthen the regional public agricultural product brand building,improve the market share and competitiveness of agricultural product brand.
