Research On The Status Quo,Existing Problems And Countermeasures Of Smart Agriculture In Jiangxi Province

Since the reports of the 2015 NPC and CPPCC put forward the “Internet+” as a national economic development strategic plan,the “Internet+agriculture” combination has brought widespread attention to the society.In 2016,the “Thirteenth Five-Year Plan”outline clearly proposed that the development of modern agriculture requires smart agriculture to impeove the levels of agricultural productivities and increase agricultural intelligence and precision.Developing smart agriculture is the key to improving the "three highs."As a traditional agricultural province,Jiangxi Province boasts abundant resources and presents the distinct features of ecological resources.As a province where agriculture accounts for a relatively high proportion of the economy,the output of agricultural products such as food,vegetables,oil,meat,and aquatic products occupy an important position in the country.At present,Jiangxi agriculture is in a critical period of development toward informatization.How to make the agriculture development promote effective and healthily has become the focus of all office departments.Therefore,it is of practical significance to study the development experience of smart agriculture in Jiangxi Province.Although policies and plans for the development of smart agriculture have been issued,there are many difficulties in the implementation process to develop smart agriculture,such as the poor infrastructure construction of agricultural information technology,the insufficient capital investment,the insufficient promotion and popularization,and poor quality of practitioners,need to be resolved.With the existing literature,the paper summaried the concept ion of the smart agriculture based on the developed previous theoretical,while literature analysis,comparative analysis,case analysis,induction and deduction methods were used to help summary the problems widely existed and the corresponding countermeasures from the support application of the carries and platforms,such as Internet technology,mobile terminal technology and drone technology,at the current stage.Take Jiangxi Province as an example to analyze the relevant experiences of western developed countries in current smart agriculture,and analyze their advantages in depth.Finally,the paper obtaind great achievements in light of the actual situation of Jiangxi's development.According to the constructing situation at the present stage,the paper put forward reasonable development measures from the government polices,the construction of agricultural information infrastructure,the cultivation of talents and the promotion of popularization,which could provide great assistance for the development of smart agriculture in Jiangxi Province and help the development of national agricultural and rural information technology.There are some innovations in the research perspective of the paper.As there are few researches on smartagriculture in domestic academic circles,this study mainly analyzes the existing domestic and foreign smart agricultural developments,and provides relevant theoretical support for the formulation of future development policies in Jiangxi.
