Research On The Development Of Intelligent Agriculture In Jilin Province

The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China once again emphasized that "three rural issues" are fundamental issues related to the national economy and people's livelihood.In the process of coordinated development of "innovation,coordination,green,development and sharing",vigorously developing smart agriculture is an important strategic deployment of socialism with Chinese characteristics in solving the "three rural issues" in the new era.Intelligent agriculture is the advanced stage of agricultural modernization and agricultural information development,which is reflected in all aspects of agricultural production and life,and effectively subverts the traditional agricultural development mode.Jilin Province,located in the middle of Songliao plain,is a major agricultural province,a major food province and a major animal husbandry province in China,and an important commodity grain base of the country.In terms of the development of "smart agriculture",Jilin Province has its own advantages and disadvantages,and will also face different opportunities and challenges.Under the background of the rapid development of Internet of things and big data,Jilin Province actively researches and develops "smart agriculture",which is a measure to respond to the call of the state and conform to the historical development trend.Firstly,this paper introduces the background and significance of the development of Intelligent Agriculture in Jilin Province,summarizes and briefly evaluates the current research situation at home and abroad,and explains the innovation and shortcomings of this paper based on the above analysis.In the introduction of related concepts,this paper makes a detailed interpretation of intelligent agriculture and precision agriculture,and introduces the theoretical basis needed in the following article,namely the neoclassical growth theory and innovation theory.In the third chapter,the paper analyzes the current situation and development environment of Intelligent Agriculture in Jilin Province,and introduces the advantages and disadvantages of developing intelligent agriculture in Jilin Province,as well as the opportunities and challenges for future development by using SWOT analysis method.The fourth chapter uses the econometric model to analyze the measurement of the development level of Jilin province's intelligent agriculture and the evaluation of the development benefit of Jilin province's intelligent agriculture.Based on the empirical analysis results of the fourth chapter,it puts forward the problems existing in the development of Jilin province's intelligent agriculture,that is,the content of the fifth chapter.The problems include the following five points: intelligent agriculture is in its infancy,the popularization and use of agricultural intelligent machinery is low,the financing channels of intelligent agriculture are limited,the talents of intelligent agriculture are scarce,and the industrial structure of intelligent agriculture is unreasonable.Finally,the corresponding solutions to the development of Intelligent Agriculture in Jilin Province are put forward,which are to strengthen the leading role of the government,broaden the financing channels of intelligent agriculture,speed up the construction of relevant infrastructure,improve the cultivation of agricultural informatization talents,improve the standardization of intelligent agriculture,and explore diversified solutions for intelligent agriculture.
